An IP address is something that tells other computers or websites where your computer is currently located at and so if you were living in an African country like Nigeria and try to visit a website in a foreign country, it's so easy for that website or computer to know your location. The fact that your location is know through your computer makes it easier for them to restrict your access or track you and things like IP blocking tools can be used to prevent your from having access to that foreign website just because of your IP.

I normally make use of a US IP address changing tool in order to visit websites where my local IP address has been restricted. If I want to visit an IP restricting website like eBay.com for instance, I could easily make the site think that I'm visiting from a US website so that I'll be able to buy things from them. I would also need to use that foreign IP when I'm trying to log into a foreign payment platform like Paypal USA from Africa and don't want to get my account to be restricted. An IP changing tool is what I use to change my IP address from Nigeria to a foreign one and this in a way helps to protect me as well as give me more access to goods and services that are mostly available to residents of foreign countries only.

If you are using Windows 10, it's so easy to change your IP address and all you basically need is to have an internet access and a VPN account. A VPN account is an IP changing account that works with your internet access and changes your IP address when you connect to it. You only need to set it up once in your computer and then you'd need to log into it anything you want so as to change your IP address when you are using the internet. You can connect and disconnect to it as long as your account is active and you have internet access.

The current VPN account I'm using is one I purchased from World VPN and they'd normally give you the username and password to use when connecting to them using your VPN connection.

For Windows 10 users, there is a local VPN setup tool you can use from your network setting and this would create a VPN connecting for you. You'll just need to provide the VPN details given to you by your VPN provider.

For mine, the IP was us4..worldvpn.net while the VPN type I used was PPTP. The username and password will also need to be entered. Just go to network settings and click on VPN to get started. Once it has been setup, you'd only need to click on the connect button anytime you want to change your IP address and you can as well google for what is my IP address to confirm if your IP address has changed.

Getting a VPN account is not free as I had to pay some fee for it using my debit card. Get a VPN account today and be able to change your IP address even if you are using Windows 10.
